The New World of Fidgets

Fidgets – you see them everywhere now. They are flying off the shelves in stores and online while schools are banning them from classrooms across the globe, claiming they are too distracting.

But are they?

And are they really as effective at combating stress, anxiety and boredom as well as ADHD and autism as claimed?

The facts are that fidgeting helps you focus and stay centered and calm.  It enables you to block out other thoughts and distractions so that you can achieve what you want to achieve, whether that is studying or working on that tricky report. And they can be suitable for children and adults!

Fidgeting can also help those with with additional needs such as ADHD, anxiety or autism.
