Amazon is having a big Kindle sale for Prime members only right now

One of the least talked about perks of an Amazon Prime membership is exclusive deals and sales.
They may not happen every day (though Prime members do get early access to some daily lighting deals), but they’re a nice bonus when they do.
Amazon is currently holding an exclusive Kindle sale for Prime Members only. The discount will be applied at checkout.
All of these models have weeks worth of battery life (the Oasis can last for months), space for thousands of books, and are small and light enough to fit in any bag. For a full rundown of these models and other good e-reader options, you should definitely check out our guide, but I’ll give you a quick rundown.
The regular Kindle is a basic e-reader with an e-ink screen that makes it easy to read in the sun. The Kindle Paperwhite has those same qualities with a higher-resolution screen and backlights that make it easier to read in the dark.
The Kindle Voyage has even more backlights, can adapt to the lighting around you, and has sensors on the sides of the screen so you can turn digital pages without lifting a finger. The Kindle Oasis has a thinner and lighter design, includes a battery case that charges it, and has better placed page-turning buttons.
Finally, the Kindle for Kids bundle combines a standard Kindle with a two-year warranty, cover case, and access to parental controls, which let you track your child’s progress and reading time. Additional features including WordWise (definitions appear above difficult words) and Vocabulary Builder (a series of digital flash cards with definitions on them) can help your kid learn to read better on their own.
It’s unclear how long this sale is going to last, so if you want to take advantage of it, you might want to act sooner rather than later. Along with these Kindle deals, Amazon has also discounted a Fire TV and Echo bundle.
All this after last week’s flurry of Echo announcements, which you should also read if you’re a fan Alexa-integrated hardware.
